UNKNOWN PAYMENT

I checked my account transactions and it says i payed for spotify 9.99 euro , i called my bank they said im subscribed , i check two on my spotify accounts and my card details arent even entered, how could someone have my card details to pay for spotify ?? how do i get in contact with them i wanna sort it out.
