URGENT! My premium isn't working but I'm paying

I have used for Spotify premium for over a month and the payment hasn't long left my account. This morning Spotify was working fine then for some reason it just stopped working, I thought it was the servers but it now says I have a free account please help me): don't want to pay for something I cannot use/:
