URGENT Unable to access my Paid Premium Account for months

Hi is it possible to speak to someone over the phone? I've been charged for months and I'm unable to log in to my Spotify Account, even after following all the prompts. I could cancel my credit card which will stop payments, however this is a big inconvenience for me, as I have many other direct debits occurring. It's unfair that I continously get charged for an account I am unable to use and a company that has no phone number to be contacted on when customers have an urgent & important issues as this.

my premium account is associated with a facebook account is deleted and that I would change my premium account to my other account Spotify.
As is associated with a facebook account that was deleted I can not access it to change.
