even after validiating my status as a student through sheerd. when givin the link to be directed back to the page where i can access my offer it sends me back to the original page where i enter my information again but doesnt recognize that i have been validated.

I haven't gotten a chance to sign up for Student yet.  However, I would like to help if I can 🙂

First off, can you give some information on what browser and operating system you're using?

Secondly, have you tried using another internet browser such as Chrome or Firefox?  It could be a compability issue or a cookies issue that could be solved with another browser.

If nothing else, it could help narrow down what could be causing the problem.
