Unable to Access account, trying to cancel subscription.

Hello, 

I have been unable to access my spotify account for some time now, and it will not let me reset my password via username or email or anything - I just never recive the email.  

At this point all I want to do is cancel the useless premium I have been unable to use for some time.  But I can not connect to the account no matter what and there is no support outside of the account.  

I am hoping someone useful can see this and just help me cancel the damm thing so I stop wasting money.  The username is apolloscratch.
