Unable to Change Country on Premium

My Question or Issue:

I have recently moved back to the US from Japan and currently a student. I tried switching my Premium account to "Premium Student." However, when selecting the country on SheerID, the US isn't on the list. I read that this is because my country is still chosen as Japan and not the US. 

 

I've tried changing my country through "Edit Profile," but the country selection box is grayed out, and I'm unable to make the change. Is there another solution or fix for this?

thanks for reaching out !

 

The reason for this issue to accrue, is exactly what you mentioned in your post - your country settings are still listed in Japan.

 

In order to fix this, you can cancel your current subscription, wait for it to revert back to Free and re subscribe using the correct address and country.

 

After you've changed it, please make sure to subscribe to the Premium Students following the steps provided on this official help page.
