Unable to Change Country

Unable to Change Country

I have registered my count couple days ago in Japan. When I try to upgrade to premium, they wont let me due to my country setting is different from my bank info (US). I try to change my location to USA, but they never give me that option. Please advise and assist.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community! We're happy to shed some light on the situation.

If you are currently in Japan, you won't be able to switch the country settings to the US and use an American card to sign up for Premium, because your payment method must be issued in the country set in your account. You can find out more about the country settings on this page. 

If the country you're currently located at doesn't appear in the list, we recommend using an incognito window. Sometimes data stored in your browser can cause such behavior and this is a simple way to avoid it. If it's an option also try on another device.
