My Question or Issue

i am unable to change my country from USA to India. I am currently in India and want to change my premium subscription to an Indian payment method as well as change my account to be based in India. The dropdown in the Country section is disabled.

Thanks for reaching out.

Since you're on Premium, you can't just change your country setting through the dropdown menu. Instead, you need to update your payment method to one that's issued there:

1. Log in here.
2. Select the correct country below the list of payment methods (India).
3. Select and enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date.
