Unable to Change my Email (No Editing option)

I am unable to change the email on my main Spotify account (not this account, I couldn't use my main account in this Spotify community because I can't access said main-account-email for email verifation). I am trying to change the email since the email that is currently registerred is innactive and innaccessable (it is a university email that has been discontinued due to having graduated). I would like to change the email to an active email I have access to.

If it's any consolation I also have my account linked to my Facebook account and I have changed my main facebook contact email years ago but Spotify hasn't made the change to my main email.
