Unable to Connect to Facebook

I created my account using my email address, but when I go to look for Friends, it prompts me to connect my account to Facebook.

I have tried this, but receive the error message:

"Sorry there has been a temporary error, please try again later."

After this, Spotify does show up in my Facebook "apps", but I still see no users that I know use Spotify.

I have unlinked my Spotify account in Facebook, and then tried linking again. I receive the FB page asking if it is OK for Spotify to access my data, I press yes, but receive the same message when I'm sent back to my Spotify account page.

I have tried to connect on my iPhone, using both the Spotify App and in browser, as well as the Spotify App on Windows 10, and the desktop website on both Chrome and Edge.

Can you try linking your Facebook to Spotify using a incognito window? It usually takes care of the problem since there's no data stored in an incognito window.

I just tried this and was met with the exact same issue... This was on both Chrome and Edge.
