Unable to Log In to App despite Change of Country

Hi,

I've recently moved to Singapore from the U.K. where my Spotify account was initially registered to. I've changed the country in my account profile but am still locked out of the app due to having been abroad for more than 14 days. Am not sure what the issue is and how to solve this. Please help!

I am having the exact same issue but in Australia! And I don't think it's fair that we should have to upgrade if we don't want to when we're away for an extended amount of time.

Same problem, here.
I changed the country but the app still tells me that there is a mismatch between actual and profile country, which is not true!!?

 

Why is this happening? And what can we do?

I had the same issue. Changed the country in my profile details but still no luck. After contacting Spotify throught heir chat: https://support.spotify.com/ph/contact-spotify-support/ I was told to try logging on by using just the username not the complete email address. That did the trick and it's working now.
