Unable to Upgrade to Premium - only option for tri...

I'm unable to upgrade to premium. I finished a 7 day trial last week, and every upgrade link takes me to the 30 day trial page. It won't process on this page however, I'm assuming because I've already exhausted a trial. I've made contact with Spotify, and received no assistance. I seriously just want to pay some money? It can't be that hard, right?! How do I go about upgrading if I can't access an upgrade option?

I have the same problem. I am unable to upgrade to premium because I previously used the trial. Doesn't Spotify want my money? This is a terrible experience.
