Unable to accept family Invite due to address

 

 

My Question or Issue

 

I have a premium family account and I am trying to invite my wife into the premium family account.  We both have a PH country code.  When I click on accept invite in her email and enter our house address, it says that unable to join.

I have not other family members in my profile.
We have the same address.

 

Can I seek help in resolving this please.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try inviting them using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn’t work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.

I have tried using incognito mode in another browser but it still does not work.

I am able to invite but when my wife accepts and enters the data, it says it is unable to join.
