Unable to access account or reset password

Hi there, 

I am currently using an alternate account, as I am unable to access my own.

After my account was accessed by someone other than myself, I contacted a member of the spotify support team (CamilaA, I believe was their name). After much help they assured me that my account was no longer accessible by anyone other than myself. Prior to this conversation, I changed my password on my account. 

However, I am no longer able to access my own account, using either my old password, or my new password. Equally, using the password reset function does not appear to do anything. 

tl;dr 

I can not log into spotify, nor can I reset my password.
