Unable to access my premium subscription

Hi! can somebody help me please. I am a premium subsciber for the past 2 years and awhile ago I logged out of spotify and when I logged in  I cant access spotify anymore. 

   I reset my password for so many times and when I use my new password it said unable to login. But when I log thru FB it will give me free trial only. 

   My subcription monthly is charged thru my telco account. I made another email just to isolate but unfortunately everything still failed
