Unable to access playlist since upgrading to family account

Unable to access playlist since upgrading to family account

I have just upgraded to the Family account - I am the main account holder and all playlists are listed on my account but some of these are my daughters playlists - I have invited her and she has accepted but she can now no longer access her playlists. How can she restore the playlists to her account from mine?

Hey @claire1368, welcome to the Community!

 

We'd suggest having your daughter creating/naming the playlists again on her account, so that she can then transfer the songs from one to the other. Once the songs are copied, you can delete the playlists from your account. To copy songs, just select them and right click > Add to playlist.
