I have been contacting Spotify for the past two weeks regarding this issue, and I have had to create a free account via Facebook to get this issue resolved. Two weeks ago my Spotify account logged me out and I have been unable to gain access since. I managed to get through to support who told me that my premium account has had a new email added to it....this is not my email address. I replied to support 4 times and have yet to get this action. I ve also contacted them via Twitter and submitted 3 more requests. My premium account is currently being used by someone else with my card details still on the account......is someone able to help be get my account back please??
