Unable to access trial Account.

Unable to access trial Account.

Hi.

 

I unknowingly seem to have two accounts. One is free and one is a trial period that I have given card details for. Through and issue on my tablet,  I have lost my user name and password for the trial period account. I have checked both my email addresses but I don't seem to have confirmation for the trial period account, only the free account. The trial account was active as I have been able to use it offline.

Can anyone advise how I can get my user name and password for the trial account, as soon, payment will be taken for an account I can't access.

I have sent an enquiry form to Spotify using my free account details,  explaining the situation, but they have not responded.

Hello and welcome to the community!

 

Spotify usually takes within 24-48h to reply back.

Please, be patient.

If they have not replied within 48 hours of sending the contact form, post here and let me know.
