After entering my card number I receive either 'Technical error' or 'invalid card number'. I have tried entering the number with both spaces and without.
I also submitted three help tickets to spotify about this all with no response. Maybe someone here can help?

Hey guys, thanks for all your responses. The issue is now resolved, turns out my card had not been activated I believe (either way, the issue was with NUS not spotify).

Hi there David,
I tried the NUS website. I see in the bottom box "This offer is exclusive to extra Card cardholders" with the options 'log in' or 'register,' even though I am signed in. When I click log in then I am just told to sign in again, so it's an endless cycle.
I have emailed the guys at NUS about this and hopefully they can tell me why I've got such a bootleg card haha. I'll let you guys know what they come back with.

Talking to one of my friends earlier he said he had the same issue with the NUS website! I've emailed them to point it out. My friend also said that he was able to enter his code by logging out of Spotify (online) and starting from this page.
Might be worth a shot 😉
