I am currently on the Spotify free trial for premium till 3 Dec 2015. I attempted to redeem the Google Chromecast offer for 3 months free trail for Spotify and was unable to activate it. Please advise! Thanks.
Hi there seantzw, welcome to the Community! It's awesome to hear that you have a Google Chromecast and you want to take advantage of the 90-day Free Trial offer with your Chromecast. Unfortunately, if you've taken out a Spotify Premium or Unlimited trial out before on an account, you are unable to redeem the offer on that account. Here's the clause from the Terms and Conditions confirming that:
If you have subscribed to the Premium or Unlimited service or have taken a trial offer previously, you are ineligible for this 90-Days Free Trial Offer.

If you haven't done anything which you really want to keep, for example playlists, then it's easy to close your account and open a new one as you take advantage of the offer. Meredith, the Community Manager, provided a solution on how to close your Spotify account over at: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/How-to-delete-account/m-p/120232#M1...
Once you've got that done, go back to the Chromecast offer page, and select the offer. I'd imagine there will be the option to create an account. Once you've made a new account (without taking out a trial beforehand), you should be able to claim your Chromecast offer - yay!

Via my Chromecast, I am offered free 90days free premium trial (for new subcribers in Malaysia and USA) but when I click to redeem the offer, the webpage to the promotion never loads. Im from Malaysia and would like to take up on this offer, could you kindly advise accordingly, thank you. I want to create a new premium subscription. I was able to activate 90-day Free Trial offer with your Chromecast, but... after some days, I see that Spotify charged me for a Premium subscribtion. :-(( No warning, not info, just charge.. This is not nice
