Unable to add Premium for Family in the UK (GB) - Country Code Issue

Hello

 

I've upgraded to Premium for Family, however when I invite family members, they receive the following message 

 

"We couldn't add you to Premium for Family as your account needs to be based in the same country as the owner of the Premium for Family subscription."

 

Both our accounts are GB (United Kingdom)

 

How can we resolve this?

Started working here. If it is not working contact spotify via twitter or facebook, search for "spotifyCares", they will reply.

Tried to switch to Premium for Family for two accounts but according to Spotify the upper floor of our house is in a different country to the ground floor...

 

Both accounts have the country code set to "gb" and have the same Postal Code. Originally one was set to "GB" and the other to "UK/GB". Both machines report the same external IP address.

 

Please help us resolve this.

Same problem here. Code of my country is in caps on one account and regular letters on another but changing anything in my profile doesn't switch code of my country from caps to regular letters, so this solution isn't working for me. What can I do now?
