Unable to add familymembers to Family Plan

I have upgraded from a Premium account to a Family Premium account, but when I try to add familymembers I/them receive a message that "this account is already bound to an account with a different family plan" when they click the link in the email?


I have not had a family account before.

Hey @Zarkas80,


It sounds like they're trying to accept the Premium for Family invite while being logged into your account. All members need to have their own Spotify account so if they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up here: 🙂


They should be able to accept the invite when they're logged into their own account.
