Unable to cancel 3mth premium free trial before it ended and was charged for renewal

I tried to cancel my subscription before it could renew but I could not find any cancel option. I only saw where it said that I would continue to be charged monthly at the normal rate for the premium subscription at the end of my trial. I was able to cancel only after my subscription changed over from the trial to the normal subscription. Is there some way I can be refunded my $9.99? Please help me!

Try emailing staff! This happened to me too.

I just chatted with custome service and had it taken care of^^ it was a fast and easy fix thankfully.
