Unable to cancel premium membership

Hi, I am trying to cancel my spotify premium before I get billed in a few days. However the link I go to to cancel it won't load. I have been waiting for the page to load for around 10 minutes, tried reloading etc, so how can I cancel my premium in time?! Thankyou! I am using https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/cancel/

Update - I tried cancelling in internet explorer instead of Chrome, I fill in the form and then when I click 'cancel subscription' IE crashes so it doesn't work?

Same problem here...I clicked on cancel, sometimes I see for less than a second the next page, and then white page and continuos loading.

Looks like some JS problems to me:
