Hello, I have used spotify on my cell phone but I cannot remember the email address I used to sign up. I am being billed each month for premium service and I would like to cancel this. The transaction id on my bank statement is <removed sensitive info>
Could you please tell me the email address used for this so I can cancel the premium service?

If you’re unsure which email you used, I’d recommend having a quick scan of the email accounts you own for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way you can determine which one you used to sign up for Spotify.com.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
