Unable to change account country

Hello,

I am unable to change the country of my Spotify account from Switzerland to the United States after moving from Switzerland to the US.

While in Siwtzerland, I signed up for Spotify Premium through my cell carrier, Orange (now called Salt). There is no option to change my account country in my profile settings and now that my subscription to Spotify Premium has run out, I am unable to use Spotify as is thinks I have been abroad for more than 14 days. 

What can be done about this?

This is currently a known issue and Spotify is looking into this. This should be fixed soon.

I will forward your issue to the staff. They will reach out to you here. They may able to change the country for you.
