Unable to change account county

Hi,

I am trying to change the country of my spotify account from NL to UK so I can change the payment method.

I have followed the guide here https://support.spotify.com/mt/article/How-can-I-change-my-country-setting/ but when attempting to enter my UK card number I am not getting an option to change my country it simply tells me my payment method doesn't match my current country, but I have no way to change this as the box is grayed out under accounts.

Can you try to change the country one more time using the steps on the link you sent? This time, make sure to do it from a computer using a Google Chrome incognito window.

If you're still unable to do it, don't worry. In this case, cancel the renewal of your current subscription with these steps and wait for your account to go back to the Free service. Once that happens, you'll be able to manually change the country registered in your account or subscribe with your new card from the UK.
