Unable to change birthday

My Question or Issue

Every time I attempt to change my birthday, since it was accidentally made April 2nd instead of April 1st, it claims my profile is saved, but the date is still wrong. I am trying to verify that I am a student at my university to get premium and, when I changed my info in the sign up to match my real information, it said I had to change it in Spotify's system as well. As stated above, I am unable to. I have tried every idea your website has presented, but nothing is working.

First of all, could you let me know if your account was created using your Facebook credentials? I mean, have you signed up to Spotify with Facebook?
