Unable to change country due to Facebook login

Unable to change country due to Facebook login

Hi folks,

 

Been trying to switch my country of origin as I have migrated but since the account is tied to Facebook, it doesn't seem to reflect the changes. So I'm unable to play any music right now. Emailed Spotify support but instead of helping me resolve this issue they pointed me here. Hope someone has new ideas on how to resolve this as from what I've read in the forums here, we still need someone in Spotify to overright the profile settings.

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it and tell them you still need help.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Did you get in contact with a real person in the end to resolve this ?

 

I have the same issue after moving from UK.

 

Mind you in the process I'm trialing Google play (upload your music entire collection for free!!!!)... so far its just as good if not better so maybe that is soloution to your problem ?
