My Question or Issue

I'm from Australia but I'm currently in Malaysia, and because it's been 14 days since I've arrived Spotify requires me to change my country in my profile so that I can keep on using Spotify. However, I'm not able to choose any country other than Australia in my profile in the "Country" field even though I am still in Malaysia, and because of this I cannot log into Spotify.

Hey there 🙂

Have you tried using a different browser? Or clearing your browser cache might work. 

 

I'm not a member of staff so I can't gaurantee that this will work.

Same problem here for our Aupair, she's been in Sweden for 4 months - but can't change country, just shows UK/US. So she can't join our family account... Any solution to this problem?

Using a different browser actually did work! It's such a simple solution - I should've done that first. Thank you!

We tried that too, and incognito mode. Didn't work. It is on Mac OS and chrome/Safari, but shouldn't affect since it's web?
