I have changed the country of payment (to Spain) several times and on the Profile Edit page it is successfully changed but on the General Description page, the country stays Great Britain every time. This is a big problem as I have started paying for the Family Plan and yet my family can't join as it says the country is different, due to the fact that my profile location refuses to change from GB to ES.
Please help ASAP as I am paying for something I am not able to use.

That's odd. Have you followed the directions in this support site article on how to change your country settings?
