Unable to change country via Gif card

Hi

I can not change country of my account. Please help.

Current country of the account - Lithuania. Now I have Italy gift card (bought in Sardinia) and would like to change country to Italy.

What I do:
1 Go to 'Get Premium'

2 Changed country to Italy

3 Redeem your code - enter gift card PIN - it returns message - Prepaid code is invalid for this country

Looks like a bug.

It is very annoying that I paid 60 euro for this card and can not use it for 1 month now 😞

This instruction is outdated. Now it is only possible to change country in payment / subscription section. And that is what I am trying to do and that does not work as I mentioned in my original message.

I have the same problem today. Manager to change my country under payment to Norway but I also get the massage "prepaid code is invalid in this country". When will it be resolve?
