Unable to change country

Hey,

I've created my account a few years back in Australia and never used the premium side of spotify. Now I've been living in new zealand for about a year and a half and wantjng to try premium but it won't let me change country, is this because the ip is simular? 

Whenever I try to pay for premium ot tells me I'm in the wrong country.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Bakkerbart91 I'm sorry to hear, apologies for the confusion.

This should work from your account page > edit profile > Scroll down to Country and select your country from the dropdown list > save profile.

As it sounds like you've tried these steps already, can you try things again from a different browser/incognito window? I'd also recommend ensuring you're not using a VPN :visage_légèrement_souriant:
