Unable to change country

Unable to change country

Hi - I am unable to change the country in my account despite following the instructions online.


I have relocated to Australia and need to update my payment details but can't do so until the country is changed.


Please change my country from HK to Australia.

I've tried that and I can't change the country, the attribute is disabled
and I'm unable to select a new option.



You should contact the customer support through this link:


They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
