Unable to change country

I have just signed up for Spotify premium family however I am unable to change my profile from Usa to UK. My payment details are registered in UK and I am in the UK when I set up so I don't understand why this is happening?
It means I can't link my other members because you have to stay in the same residence.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you update your country within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
