Unable to change country

There's nothing in the dropdown list, only USA

 This is what I set when I signed up a long time ago, but I live in another country.

I'm trying to change the country I live at, in the settings, but in the list of the countries, only Netherlands exist.

How can I change it?

I want to change my spotify account country from USA to Israel but this option is locked in the account settings.

Hello,

Up until today I had a freemium account on Spotify. It is important to note that Spotify was not available in my country (Israel) and just arrived here today (yay!).

I am trying to become a premium user, but the account is listing me under US rates while the IL ones are cheaper.

Will appreciate some help here.
