My Question or Issue

I'm unable to change my email address on my Spotify account. I plan to sign up with my Google account when I do change the email and delete it. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the screenshot! Can you let me know if you signed up for Spotify through Facebook when creating your account?

Hey @user-removed,

In that case, since you’ve signed up to Spotify through Facebook, you won’t be able to change your email address and there is some more info about this here.

One thing I can suggest is create a new account here and transfer everything from the old account to the new one following these steps.
