Unable to change my country

Hello,

I have a premium account.

I am trying to change my country because I am living in Belgium.

I created my account with facebook. I am in Belgium in Facebook. But I am still in France in Spotify.

So, I am unable to change my credit card, and I am not able also to invite my family with a Family Account.

This is absurd because Facebook is updated since 18 months. I did not noticed the difference between the both accounts until I tried to subscribe a family account and change my payment card.

What can I do ?
