Unable to change my country?

Unable to change my country?

Hi there! I was an exchange student in the UK a few months back and made a spotify account there. When I got back home in Bulgaria, I tried to log in but i got the message that ''my country doesn't match blah blah" . So I went on the site and tried to change it but it was greyd out. I thought it was a problem with my IP location but I looked it up and it says that my IP is in Bulgaria. I'm so confused.
I'd love to get feedback on this.

Would it be possible to try using a different browser or clearing all *.spotify.com cookies in your main browser and then try again? 

 

If that doesn't work get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can swap it over manually for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
