My Question or Issue

I just moved to France from the US and I want to transfer my account here. I went to the update section in my profile, changed the country and updated my credit card information. The credit card number is updated but the country remains as before in my profile. Also I changed my address to my new one but still facing issues when I want to add a new family member as it doesn't let me as it tells me the address is not the same.

Can you please help me and tell me what to do?

Thanks for reaching out to us 🙂

 

If you've updated your payment details and the country, your changes will take effect from your next billing date. This can also be the reason, why you can't invite new members to your Premium Family plan. For them to be able to join your plan you need to live at the same address and your account's country settings must match.

 

Here you can keep an eye on your next payment date and manage your subscription.

Hi and thank you for you response.

I will wait until my next bill to see if the changes have been taken into account. What I still find odd though is that the country in my profile is still showing as USA. Maybe it will change at that time.

Don't worry - your country setting will get automatically updated on the next billing date. Once this happens you can try inviting members to your family plan.
