Unable to edit family accounts

When I tried to edit my family account after logging on, it said that I only had the free subscription. When I use the app I still have premium and the rest of my family too. When they log on on the website they still have premium and it even says that they are part of the family subscription

is it possible you have a second account - one account with a Spotify username, the other created and linked to your Facebook profile? Try logging in with each to access the family settings.

This sounds strange, could you try and clear your browsers cache? Does this solve the issue?
