Unable to edit profile or change password... (not reset)

Edit profile page is blank?

Solutions page provides nothing?

Unable to change password or reset for that matter, have tried both. I have my login details but want to change the password.

Need to solve this problem or I will have to cancel my subsciption because being able to control login details is essential.

Please Help.....

I tried to log in on my premium account on ip5 but the phone says that premium is recuired, I have reinstalled the app but it is stll this problem... Help!

sbrentrp - Can you try again now, it would appear there might have been a few website issues last night. 

henkan - Can you check your online overview to check if your account is on premium? If it is but your device is not recognising it, try logging out, fully restarting your device and then logging in again making sure you are using your premium details .
