Unable to enter my redeem code

Hi there. I have a premium account and I purchased a redeem code,but I am not able to enter it. I go to my profile page and scrool to redeem button on the left. I click it and see "Ops,something went wrong,please try again later". I have ben trying this for weeks from different laptops and browsers. What is the problem?

It's odd that this happens. Make sure you currently don't have any subscription active with a different provider (iTunes, mobile carrier, etc.)

@Fabian_SB You were right. My payment details show it is from Apple App Store. So, I followed the instructions to view my account details in iTunes. But, my subscription is not there under the settings either 😞
