My Question or Issue

Again I am unable to hear music from my own library. How can this happen yet again when i paid for the premium acc? Did all the necessary steps but it’s still showing: No internet connection, to  connect using data or wifi.

Sorry about that. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on?
