Unable to increase the number of subaccounts in my plan

I did searches and followed instruction. However, there is no way to increase the subscription of my family member.

What I tried:

1) I followed the way I was told to unsubscribe the premium and then do subscription again. However, before the original subscription ends, the family member cannot be changed.

2) I followed the inscrution of the communinty help (https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/subscription_options/premium-for-family/) and it doesn't work either. Still, there are only 2 slots and cannot be changed whatever I've done. (Re-subscribe, manage, whatever).

When I come in this forum after months and look at those 19,000 questions about subscriptions. Suddenly I find out whay I am here for the same problem (Honestly, I believe a lot of people are suffering Spotify *awful* user experience of family subscription).

For Spotify team, I am trying to play my role as an honest user and willing pay more money for making it work for my family. However, it seems the design is continuously disturbing me. This is the 2nd time for me to come here for the same problem. Can you fix it entirely?

I'd rather not have to jump through the hoops of having to cancel my current subscription, invite another person, resubscribe for the same price. Seems like very poor user experience.

I posted this issue on Monday (5/23) and today (5/26) Spotify team has fixed the issue entirely with new family program design, where I can add family member up to 5 without submitting same questions again.
