My Question or Issue

I'm sharing a Premium Family plan with 4 other family members, but I always receive an error message saying I can't join the family plan when I accept the invitation. I tried logging in on different devices and my brother, the account manager, has resent me the invitation several times but without any result.

Any help would be welcome to solve this problem.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Sorry to hear that. Could you try sending the invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If you're still having trouble - could you try sending the invite using a different email address? You don't need to send the invite to the email address registered on your Spotify account.
