Unable to join premium for Family. Message states I already have a premium subscription but I don't.

Hi,

I'm experiencing some difficulties when I'm trying to redeem a family account slot. I receive an error message which states that I already have a spotify premium account from a third party, which is not true. The account is a spotify free account. I would like some assistance with this matter, please.

@nonn4 hey there, thanks for the info,

 

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
