Unable to listen to a song that is otherwise available in my country

I am in Singapore. If I play music using a free account, it allows me to play the album: https://open.spotify.com/album/3DRvgymMVPG0TQ2DugHJRb?si=Hr1_JzmdQ_Ku-2yvwAnj3g. However, if I log in with my actual account, the songs are greyed out and it says 'this content is not available'
