Unable to log in and reset password

Unable to log in and reset password

I used spotify and suddenly was logged out from it and could not log in again, when I try to login I get a message with the username or password is wrong (errorcode:3). 

 

Then when I try to reset the password I can enter my account but not my e-mail. I have tried any possible e-mail that I might have used but one is the most likely. 

 

Is it possible to get the e-mail an account is registered to or in any way get my account back? 

 

If it helps, the account is a premium account and the payment is from my credit card, and it has earlier the year before been used with one of my e-mail adresses for a password reset.
