Unable to log in on the MacBook app. The screen never loads.

I logged out of the spotify app and have been unable to access it since. I am running macOS High Sierra 10.13.2. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it just stays on the log in screen. It won't let me connect through facebook either. No loading screen appears also. If I click on settings, sign up, or reset password it goes back to allow me to enter my username and password but never moves. Is there a way to access my account?
